So question is...what do you do when you feel you met your other half but you can't be together? It seems women search their whole lives for someone who completes them...wrong move! I've learned to look for someone who supplements you. Makes you want to be better than you are, try harder than you've tried and love harder than you've loved.
This person motivates you. What's most important is that he is your friend. Oh my god you wouldn't believe how important that is. When someone is your friend before your lover he respects your friendship before all else and guess what ladies? He talks to you...about everything, his dreams and aspirations, his likes and dislikes and everything in between. He becomes an open book that you've felt you've read a thousand times before but is as exciting as the first time you read it.
It is almost as if a piece of you leaves when you part ways. It is an intangible feeling of a bond that cannot be seen but felt in every cord of your body and its not sexual in nature. Its an emotional connection. Its feeling your stomach do flips when he walks into a room, its having everyone see what you feel and point it out to you every time you two are in the same room together. But back to the original question. You have all this but you don't have him?

wow thats deep slymn... wish i had some sage word of advice... i haven't felt those feelings.. since grade school.... if i was in your shoes. i would let the person no how i feel flat out and see there response... let them know that even if the scoured the earth for years looking for someone to love them that they will never find some one that could or will love you more then I do... if that person response to the bearing of heart is less then satisfactory .. you know what you have to do...
Thanks poster...but I think its' easier said than done. Men are not as open with their feelings and some men are even afraid of them. I think the best choice is to leave affairs in Gods' hands, he knows whats best :)
That seems like quite the predicament. You should always go for what you want. Holding back leads to regret and pain.
I agree with you patrick and that's why I try not have any regrets in life. I think its' important to tell people how you feel about them so there's never any question.
